Overview

Bandwidth is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction with our voice and messaging products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Build Strong Customer Relationships
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers
    • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for our customers
  • Provide Expert Support and Guidance
    • Share deep product knowledge and expertise with customers
    • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Drive Analysis and Improvement
    • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer issues and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests
  • Partner with Sales and Other Teams
    • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to expand our products and services
    • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
    • Advocate on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met
    • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the communications industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and telecommunication industry standards
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
