Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Build Strong Customer Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise customers
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for our customers
- Provide Expert Support and Guidance
- Share deep product knowledge and expertise with customers
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Drive Analysis and Improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer issues and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests
- Partner with Sales and Other Teams
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to expand our products and services
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Advocate on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the communications industry
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and telecommunication industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
