Sales Development Specialist

Waters is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers in the PFAS analysis market.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in the PFAS analysis market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including government laboratories, public utility companies, private contract testing organizations, and research institutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including training and education on Waters' PFAS solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and service teams, to ensure seamless customer support and sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or environmental science.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong background in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $87,000-$116,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
