Job Title: Field Sales Specialist

Waters is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers in the PFAS analysis market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in the PFAS analysis market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including government laboratories, public utility companies, private contract testing organizations, and research institutions.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including training and education on Waters' PFAS solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and service teams, to ensure seamless customer support and sales growth.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or environmental science.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong background in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $87,000-$116,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
