About the Team
The creator and affiliate product team is tasked with designing and developing solutions that empower creators to market products to TikTok users.
This position is focused on expanding Ecommerce Creator partnerships within the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program in the United States.
With over 1 billion dedicated users globally, TikTok is uniquely positioned to offer an enhanced e-commerce experience.
We seek passionate and skilled individuals to help us build an innovative, secure, and inclusive e-commerce ecosystem for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, onboard, and nurture the growth of ecommerce creators across key sectors (Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living, etc.), concentrating on their sales performance metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and conversion rates.
- Develop and refine the affiliate product assortment strategy, continuously optimizing all assortment stimuli to enhance both the quality and quantity of featured products.
- Design and execute diverse creator campaigns and programs to consistently drive creator engagement and meet overall sales objectives by sector.
- Collaborate closely with affiliate product teams to enhance the creator hub experience.
- Recognize affiliate creator challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to address key issues.
- Conduct creator data analysis to deeply understand business dynamics, create a robust indicator system aligned with business objectives, and perform agile assessments of business performance, providing valuable insights through comprehensive data analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ecommerce Creator Program Operations, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong familiarity and experience with live streaming preferred.
- Established connections with creators and creator agencies preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative team player, quick learner, and adaptable to change.
- Detail-oriented, numerically adept, and proficient in problem-solving.
- Knowledgeable about TikTok and leading e-commerce platforms, with experience in content-driven e-commerce highly preferred.
