Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at CCG Business Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth in assigned domains.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with proposal teams to develop winning proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $109,999 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
