Business Development Representative

Griffith Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to spearhead the growth of our customer base. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue through acquiring new customers, selling home services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Sell heating oil, propane, and service contracts to residential customers
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to maximize close rates and achieve sales targets
- Manage the Move-in/Move-out (MIMO) process to ensure seamless transitions for new customers
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and increase sales
We estimate that this role could earn around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the energy or home services industry
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license
