**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Financial Center Consultant I to join our team. As a key member of our financial center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, providing guidance on our products and services, and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide a complete service and sales experience for members, resulting in exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Perform a broad variety of member service functions, including teller functions, deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and more.
  • Proactively initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch.
  • Build exceptional rapport with members, providing excellence in service and resolving operational issues.
  • Responsible for lobby coverage, including greeting all members, answering calls, and assisting or directing members to appropriate employees when needed.

**Requirements**

  • One to two years of experience in a retail or financial environment, with a focus on excellence in service and building exceptional rapport with members.
  • Cash handling experience, with the ability to balance without overages or shortages.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse freely and comfortably in all interactions with members.
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily.
  • Good listener, approachable, and able to problem-solve and be empathetic.
  • Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual, with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.
