The Business Solutions Consultant collaborates closely with a team of Business Bankers and a Treasury Management Officer.

  • Promotes credit card systems and ancillary services tailored for business clientele. Cultivates and maintains client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Establishes and nurtures connections with clients. Assesses client needs and suggests suitable services.
  • Addresses customer inquiries regarding internal offerings, services, and credit card processing operations relevant to the industry.
  • Tracks, compiles, and reports on sales metrics.
  • Collaborates with various sales channels to ensure timely referral of leads outside the primary market.
