The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing assistance to customers regarding their technical and product-related inquiries. This position is vital for ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver detailed information about the services and products available.
  • Assist clients with technical issues and offer troubleshooting guidance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and requirements.
  • Manage billing inquiries and facilitate the opening and closing of customer accounts.
  • Address client inquiries and keep them informed about the resolution of their issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client challenges.
  • Track, report, and escalate workflow timelines as necessary.
  • Support revenue growth through client retention and exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the integration of projects for clients, including needs assessment, recommendations, and coordination of vendor integrations.
  • Communicate directly with clients about project statuses and respond to their requests.
  • Provide updates to clients on ongoing issues and gather additional information as needed.
  • Escalate high-priority items to management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work closely with the Support team to investigate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within a call center environment.

Other Qualifications:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional escalation management and judgment skills.
  • Enthusiasm and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Project and program management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college education.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Remote work experience due to unforeseen circumstances.
