Job Summary

As an Administrative Services Assistant at ProMedica, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, tact, and sensitivity when interacting with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform receptionist, clerical, and administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Operate a multi-line switchboard system, handling incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Assist with special projects and events, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word and other software applications.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and move freely throughout the building.
