Senior Executive Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Senior Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our management team at Veracept. This role involves performing various clerical tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist executives and office personnel with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Organize and coordinate meetings, presentations, and other office-related activities; send notifications for upcoming engagements
- Handle phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or taking thorough messages
- Draft and manage both physical and electronic correspondence, preparing outgoing communications for executives
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment; initiate repair or restocking requests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment at all times
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role is advantageous
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
