About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our Cardio Admin department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate patient schedules for cardiovascular testing and registration, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to physicians and staff, including coordination of patient flow and communication.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting a positive and respectful experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and needs as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior administrative and/or patient care experience in healthcare is preferred, with registration experience being a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
