Compensation:

$75,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Engage effectively with potential leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients who are buyers and sellers, understanding their housing preferences and requirements to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Deliver top-notch service and advice in a consultative approach to foster client connections and promote repeat business.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood.
  • Prepare written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate as an agent or salesperson is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A demonstrated successful track record in sales is a requirement for this position.
  • Essential ability to work independently with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • A pleasant and trustworthy demeanor in client interactions is a key requirement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google is a prerequisite for applicants.
  • Holding a valid real estate agent's or broker's license is a must.
