POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supervisor of Patient Financial Services – Refugee Programs will serve as a proactive, hands-on leader tasked with supporting the Director of Refugee Programs in managing the billing and collections operations.
This role involves assisting billing specialists in resolving assigned work queues, monitoring collections, and addressing denials. The Supervisor will collaborate with the Director to identify areas for enhancement and facilitate the resolution of any identified challenges.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in hospital or physician billing, collections, and auditing is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to succeed in this position.
