Position Overview
Reports to: Store Manager
The Senior Retail Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of the store, exemplifying the behaviors necessary to influence all facets of our business: Sales and Operational Processes. This individual demonstrates outstanding performance, not only through their work but also by embodying the highest standards of the Coach brand. They are versatile team players, capable of adapting to various roles within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:
• Understand organizational goals and collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with Company priorities and values.
• Model and cultivate a team culture that meets Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
• Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across all product categories.
• Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to adjust business strategies and enhance personal selling techniques to boost overall store performance.
• Utilize floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics, maintaining a results-oriented approach through team selling and engaging multiple customers.
• Hold the sales team accountable for personal sales performance and maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s).

Operations:
• Oversee daily operational tasks in accordance with Coach standards, demonstrating adaptability to the business's evolving needs.
• Exhibit strong business acumen and maintain effective communication with supervisors.
• Ensure the store's interior and exterior are well-maintained, collaborating with corporate resources as needed.
• Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions and adhere to all retail policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
• Experience: 1-3 years in retail, preferably in a luxury environment, with knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile devices.
