- Direct staff activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Achieve financial objectives through strategic scheduling and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the facility and equipment.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the company positively in all interactions with employees, guests, and the community.
- Participate in leadership meetings and training sessions.
- Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in sales or retail management.
- Availability for 30-40 hours per week, including weekends.
- Strong organizational and self-motivational skills, with a focus on time management.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in all aspects of the operation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
- Starting pay of $20 per hour, with a guaranteed increase to $22 per hour after completing our training program.
- Monthly performance-based bonuses, with potential earnings of an additional $1 to $4 per hour.
