  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the facility and equipment.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Represent the company positively in all interactions with employees, guests, and the community.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in sales or retail management.
  • Availability for 30-40 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational and self-motivational skills, with a focus on time management.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in all aspects of the operation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Starting pay of $20 per hour, with a guaranteed increase to $22 per hour after completing our training program.
  • Monthly performance-based bonuses, with potential earnings of an additional $1 to $4 per hour.
