Qualifications for a Culinary Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in culinary arts and meal preparation.

  • Ensure high-quality meal preparation focusing on consistency, presentation, flavor, and temperature.
  • Maintain safe food handling practices including receiving, storage, cooking, service, and sanitation of tools and work areas.
  • Practice fiscal responsibility by adhering to recipes, preparing appropriate food quantities, batch cooking, and employing correct cooking techniques.
  • Play a vital role in the production team supporting various dining initiatives (catering, events, retail, etc.).
