Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. This role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and value creation in portfolio companies
- Conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities, including financial analysis and market research
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
- Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate new investment opportunities and make recommendations for investment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio company management teams, investors, and industry partners
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and value creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent experience
