  • Provide expert support to clients in optimizing their payment processes and workflows, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Foster exceptional customer satisfaction through professional, proactive, and personalized service, exceeding client expectations at every turn.
  • Collaborate closely with our research and development teams to contribute valuable insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by crafting comprehensive fraud analysis reports and sharing best practices with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Data/Business Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of database management, with experience working with NoSQL databases considered as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced tools and platforms, including ELK stack, Grafana, and additional visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving approach, exceptional analytical skills, and a creative, research-oriented mindset.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
