About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us harness the power of technology to improve the health and well-being of our clients' members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create accurate mapping documents according to our mapping process.
  • Work with our ETL team to deliver a first draft solution by rapidly understanding which details about the mapping can be deferred.
  • Present analysis and design recommendations to our leadership team, customers, and vendors to ensure acceptance of the design.
  • Support our ETL developers based on the mappings created.
  • Work closely with our configuration team and DBAS to ensure synchronicity of configuration to interfaces and mappings.
  • Refine mapping documents, adding more detail and filling out deferred material as questions are resolved.
  • Use SQL, data models, data element dictionary, and schema to perform data and business analysis.
  • Create unit test cases for your area of responsibility and update technical specifications and mappings.
  • Validate test plan results to ensure they satisfy the detailed design goals.
  • Support unit testing, system integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of Data Analyst experience.
  • 5 or more years of QNXT/Schema knowledge.
  • 3 or more years of experience in Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims.
  • 5 or more years of SQL experience.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements.
What We Offer
  • Work remotely within the United States.
  • Candidate selected must work EST time zone.
  • 10% or less in Travel.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
