Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative Trustmi Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our world-class threat monitoring and fraud detection platform.

Your expertise will be instrumental in providing an additional layer of security and confidence to our clients, leveraging cutting-edge intelligence feeds, threat logs, and indicators of compromise (IOCs).

Collaborating closely with our esteemed research and development teams, you will help shape the future of cybersecurity while immersing yourself in the ever-evolving landscape of cyber fraud technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor and analyse threats and suspicious activities from Trustmi's diverse clientele.
  • Investigate alerts, conduct thorough triage, and develop actionable remediation plans to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Enhance threat detection capabilities by utilising a wide range of data sources, including Trustmi's intelligence trust network and external threat feeds.
  • Provide expert support to clients in optimising their payment processes and workflows, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Foster exceptional customer satisfaction through professional, proactive, and personalised service, exceeding client expectations at every turn.
  • Collaborate closely with our research and development teams to contribute valuable insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by crafting comprehensive fraud analysis reports and sharing best practices with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Data/Business Analyst.
  • Solid understanding of database management, with experience working with NoSQL databases considered as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in utilising advanced tools and platforms, including ELK stack, Grafana, and additional visualisation tools.
  • Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving approach, exceptional analytical skills, and a creative, research-oriented mindset.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
