Resident Care Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Director to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing standards of resident care in our assisted living and memory care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain staffing levels in accordance with established policies and state regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct care personnel, ensuring person-centered care is delivered to residents.
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance the skills of healthcare team members.
- Supervise and participate in providing care for residents in assisted living and memory care facilities.
- Perform professional nursing services, including resident assessments, vital sign recording, medication administration, and documentation.
- Ensure timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and services.
- Collaborate with the medical director, executive director, and state officials to ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Administrative and management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Two years of experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
- Five years of assisted living healthcare experience desired.
