Job Title: Behavioral Health Specialist

At Holcomb Behavioral Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing formal behavior management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, and providing behavioral consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Oversee Behavior Management Plans: Create and implement comprehensive behavior management plans that address the unique needs of our clients.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the underlying causes of problem behaviors and develop effective strategies to address them.
  • Provide Behavioral Consultation Services: Offer expert guidance and support to our staff and clients to ensure the successful implementation of behavior management plans.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to ensure that behavior management plans are aligned with our clients' overall treatment goals.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior management plans and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Must hold current certification as a BCBA.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience in behavioral health.
