About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop effective interventions.
  • Develop Positive Behavioral Supports: Create and implement positive behavioral support plans that promote student success and well-being.
  • Assess Instructional Needs: Evaluate students' instructional needs and develop targeted programming to support their academic and behavioral growth.
  • Monitor Student Data: Collect and analyze data to inform programming decisions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to school staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis: A master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field is required.
  • BCBA Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Experience Working with Students with Autism and Behavioral Disorders: Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities is essential.
