About the Role

Mentor Behavioral Health, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and supervising behavioral services and strategies for our growing program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop programs to ensure safety, structure, and enrichment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, or other behavioral challenges.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques.
  • Assessment and Planning: Assess the individual needs of each child and develop behavioral plans to support their growth and development.
  • On-Site Interventions: Physically provide on-site behavioral interventions, as needed, and model behavioral skills for staff.
  • Group Facilitation: Facilitate groups with caregivers, siblings, and family members to support their understanding of behavioral strategies.
  • Materials Development: Develop materials to support behavior training and education.
  • Compliance and Quality: Maintain compliance with the policies and procedures of the program and actively participate in planning aftercare and discharge services.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Certification and License: BCBA Certification and LBSC License required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience providing ABA services.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, reliable and responsible attitude, and a compassionate approach.
