The Food Service Lead is accountable for overseeing all facets of the daily operations within their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct operational functions to guarantee an efficient and profitable service.
  • Facilitate training and mentorship for team members assigned to the unit.
  • Implement and maintain a robust sanitation program.
  • Ensure proper food stock rotation and labeling following FIFO standards.

  • Manage customer-related issues and keep management informed of any challenges.
  • Order necessary supplies and food items, preparing a weekly inventory report.
  • Maintain established par levels by coordinating food orders.
  • Ensure quality and portion control for all food items served.
  • Monitor team members' adherence to uniform standards and grooming codes.
  • Ensure adequate food production to meet daily business demands.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company regulations.
  • Oversee cash management, ensuring all registers balance at the end of the shift.
