Program Manager Opportunity

Right At School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality enrichment programs for children, developing and coaching a team of educators, and working closely with school staff to enhance the instructional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage enrichment programs for children using our Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Develop and lead a team of educators to provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children
  • Collaborate with school staff to enhance the instructional experience and support the school's mission
  • Participate in local community events to instill the Right At School footprint
  • Manage and maintain safety standards, including supervision and program paperwork

Requirements:
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 12 college credits in early childhood education, elementary education, or a related field
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, and Cleared TB
  • OCCRRA Level 3 Pathway Completion
We Give Preference to Candidates with:
  • CDA or AA in Early Childhood Education Field
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • State trainings completed and valid
