Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
  • Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other treatments as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A current and valid Vermont license (or compact state) license required
  • Minimum 1+ years of Long Term Care experience within the last 2 years, no exceptions
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
