We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in good standing
