Express Care Nurse Practitioner

The Express Care Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients under a physician's direction. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for providing nursing care to patients in an express care setting. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current valid Vermont State Registered Nursing License.
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Prior nursing experience in an express care or similar setting.
- $5,000 in tuition assistance annually.
