Job Description

At Care Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and organized individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating admissions to our facility, maintaining contact with patients and families, conducting interviews and tours, verifying insurance, and educating clients about our services and programs.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to establish relationships with social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to generate new referrals and build business partnerships.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, skilled communicator, and positive motivator with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
