The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is a key role within Allergan Aesthetics, responsible for representing the company's skincare and resurfacing systems to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Results: Consistently achieve sales quota for skincare, consumables, and equipment, while executing sales execution components of marketing plans to include device placement and pull-through product promotions.
- Develops Customers/Account Management: Demonstrate effective selling skills, build loyal relationships, and manage time with new and existing customers to educate on new and current products, assess and meet customer needs, and support events for pull-through.
- Productive & Efficient Territory Management: Manage initiative execution across the portfolio, balancing device sales to drive skincare and consumable business, and demonstrate ability to assess territory metrics to develop and implement territory business plans.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Educate customers on device and product features and benefits through individual and group presentations/trainings, convey consistent differentiating messaging across portfolio, and demonstrate expertise in discussing support studies/material.
- Understands & Executes Strategy & Policy: Demonstrate ability to execute marketing plans across product portfolio, understand sales execution role within the marketing plan, and articulate strategy to RM and team members.
- Leadership & Intangibles: Exemplify integrity, flexibility, and adaptability, and demonstrate ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and developing strong customer relationships.
