Job Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive and inspiring leader for the position of Branch Manager (Regional Office Manager) at our Tempe, Arizona location. This role is essential for overseeing the branch operations of our regional office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operations of the regional office, ensuring compliance with necessary audits and fiduciary duties.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to meet member needs, striving to exceed expectations through various communication channels, including phone and in-person interactions.
  • Enhance membership growth by networking with local fire stations, unions, and professional firefighter organizations, as well as participating in relevant events.
  • Address escalated member inquiries promptly, collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Manage lending and deposit pipelines effectively.
  • Forecast and schedule team coverage to meet member needs daily.
Leadership Duties:
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide coaching and ensure alignment with the credit union's mission and values.
  • Equip team members with the necessary training, tools, and resources for success.
  • Hold teams accountable for meeting service level agreements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.
  • Facilitate development opportunities for team members as part of their career progression within the credit union.
  • Drive improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance service levels.
  • Support the execution of the organization's business plan.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a branch management role or as a financial services branch representative.
  • Experience in supervising or managing staff.
  • Background in sales and operations within a financial institution.
