Enterprise Sales Representative

About the Role
As a key player in our Field Sales organization, the Account Executive will drive new customer growth by guiding customers through a journey that leaves legacy platforms behind and moves forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. This role requires a consultative selling approach to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and Executive sponsors, developing strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once, managing 18+ month long sales cycles end to end, and forming strong relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level within both existing and new business units.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
~12+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. Experience managing complex sales cycles, utilizing consultative selling skills, and providing input to product strategy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish trust with key stakeholders and lead all aspects of the sales cycle.
