Sales Development Specialist

Mersino Dewatering LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
