Job Summary & Primary Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with corporate marketing and Senior Living Consultants at our communities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. This role requires a dynamic sales person to provide exceptional customer service, courtesy, and respect while handling key responsibilities:

  1. Achieve or exceed community and region-level occupancy budget
  2. Assess the designated market to develop a tailored marketing plan and budget
  3. Guide Senior Living Consultants through external business development and advancing leads through the sales process
  4. Leverage all revenue drivers (pricing, inventory services) to optimize revenue
  5. On-board and train other sales team members
  6. Cover open Senior Living Consultant positions or develop coverage plans as needed
  7. Implement performance plans to coach and mentor underperformers
  8. Monitor trends of all communities to identify occupancy fluctuation and facilitate adjustments
  9. Hold Senior Living Consultants to SMART goals
  10. Support execution of sales and marketing plans and evaluate performance
  11. Execute operational processes to support marketing at the community level
Requirements

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a proven track record of successful marketing and sales experience in a senior living community.
