The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with corporate marketing and Senior Living Consultants at our communities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. This role requires a dynamic sales person to provide exceptional customer service, courtesy, and respect while handling key responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed community and region-level occupancy budget
- Assess the designated market to develop a tailored marketing plan and budget
- Guide Senior Living Consultants through external business development and advancing leads through the sales process
- Leverage all revenue drivers (pricing, inventory services) to optimize revenue
- On-board and train other sales team members
- Cover open Senior Living Consultant positions or develop coverage plans as needed
- Implement performance plans to coach and mentor underperformers
- Monitor trends of all communities to identify occupancy fluctuation and facilitate adjustments
- Hold Senior Living Consultants to SMART goals
- Support execution of sales and marketing plans and evaluate performance
- Execute operational processes to support marketing at the community level
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a proven track record of successful marketing and sales experience in a senior living community.
