Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate for a long-term contract role. This position entails intricate evaluations and analyses pertaining to Insurance and Real Estate, necessitating a proactive individual capable of managing a variety of responsibilities and clearly communicating risks.



Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough evaluations and risk analyses related to insurance issues for commercial properties.
  • Ensure adherence to specific investor guidelines, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, relevant regulations, and mortgage documentation.
  • Oversee and manage insurance compliance for properties serving as collateral for various lenders and investors.
  • Conduct insurance evaluations, manage premium disbursements from escrow, perform risk assessments, review appraisals, and handle related communications.
  • Collaborate with servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and management of insurance-related issues.
  • Safeguard the interests of investors by acting promptly, efficiently, and responsibly.


Qualifications
  • Experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate is essential.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and articulate risks effectively.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and integrity, with a history of stability in previous roles, community engagement, humility, and a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and maintain a proactive, positive outlook.
  • Self-driven and adept at managing a diverse array of tasks that may evolve daily.

Reporting Structure
  • This role reports directly to the Department Manager and is responsible for protecting the interests of investors through diligent insurance compliance and risk management.
