About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our Lerner School for Autism team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to our students and their families, helping them reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes and assessments for patients, developing and monitoring treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in training and supervision of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our students.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required, with Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) certification required within 6 months of employment.
  • Minimum three years of experience working with individuals with autism utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Minimum three years of experience working with varying ages and ability levels, conducting behavioral assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, and training parents and staff.
