Gymnastics Program Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Gymnastics Program Manager. This full-time, onsite position is essential for the effective operation of our gymnastics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling of both recreational and competitive gymnastics events.
  • Manage the financial resources allocated to the gymnastics program.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all youth participants involved in the program.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in program management and supervisory roles.
  • At least three years of coaching experience, covering skill levels from beginner to competitive.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Physical Education, Exercise Science, or Sports Management.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Additional Requirements:

  • Visual and auditory skills to respond to critical situations.
  • Physical capability to act swiftly in emergencies and adhere to emergency action protocols.
