The Field Claims division is on the lookout for Field Claims Specialists to support the surrounding areas.
This role offers both seasoned professionals and newcomers the chance to investigate and assess multi-line insurance claims through direct engagement to ensure precise settlements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive claim investigations
- Interviewing policyholders, claimants, and witnesses
- Consulting police and medical records
- Evaluating claim details and policy coverage
- Inspecting property and vehicle damages and preparing repair estimates
- Compiling reports of findings and securing settlements with policyholders and claimants
- Utilizing claims management software, company vehicles, and mobile applications to process claims in a digital environment
- Delivering exceptional and professional customer service
Salary: The compensation range for this position is $57,750 - $79,800 annually, determined by the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive annual cash bonuses and stock incentives based on both company and individual performance.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Availability and communication during regular business hours
- A keen interest in learning about the insurance industry and delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
- A commitment to timely follow-ups
- A valid driver's license
- A bachelor's degree
- AINS, AIC, or CPCU designations are advantageous
- Company vehicle
- Stock options, including Restricted Share Units and Incentive-based stock options
- Paid time off (PTO)
- 401K with a 6% company match
Salary: The compensation range for this position is $65,100 - $94,500 annually, determined by the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive annual cash bonuses and stock incentives based on both company and individual performance.

- Experience in multi-line claims preferred
- The ability to thoroughly assess auto, property, and bodily injury damages
- Capacity to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
- A commitment to timely follow-ups
- A valid driver's license
- One or more years of claims handling experience
- AINS, AIC, or CPCU designations are advantageous
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
