Role Summary

The Insurance Claims Adjuster is responsible for evaluating and managing claims to ensure fair and timely resolution. This role involves assessing coverage, determining liability, and providing exceptional service to all parties involved in the claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and confirm coverage details.
  • Analyze documents and conduct interviews to determine liability.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the claims process.
  • Manage Medical Payments and Personal Injury Protection claims.
  • Negotiate settlements directly with attorneys in a professional manner.
  • Handle complex cases, including those represented by attorneys.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reserves for multiple claims.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory licensing requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
  • Professional business attire is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Full-time availability is required.
  • Must pass state licensing requirements.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
