- Efficiency and Accuracy: Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, with a focus on meeting customer expectations.
- Automotive Knowledge and Experience: Possess a deep understanding of automobiles and have experience in a service department or related field.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective analytical and communication skills, with the ability to learn new technology and procedures.
- ASE Certification/Technical Degree: Hold an ASE certification or technical degree, with a preference for those with one year of experience in a service department.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to pass a routine background check and drug screening.
