Job Overview: We are seeking an automotive sales associate to become part of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster meaningful relationships to build a loyal clientele.
  • Demonstrate consultative selling techniques. Assist customers in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their responses.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become an expert in our offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and analyses.
  • Bring your best attitude and enthusiasm to work every day.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individuals preferred.
  • Eager to learn about new products and improve skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
