KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assume responsibility for reported issues and ensure their resolution.
- Engage in effective communication with IT professionals and end users.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware challenges.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to enhance business efficiencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365 services.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Helpdesk roles.
- Proven experience in software support and incident documentation.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Familiarity with ZoHo ManageEngine Service Desk.
- Understanding of Intune and other IT management tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent are advantageous.
