What we are looking for:
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, producing precise and accurate work
  • Resourceful with a strong technical acumen
  • Approachable and collaborative, with a preference for skill-based tasks
  • Previous experience as an automotive technician is preferred
  • ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications are highly desirable
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S., possessing a valid in-state driver's license and a clean driving record, as per company standards

Your responsibilities as an Automotive Repair Specialist:
  • Execute efficient and expert repairs in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards
  • Address customer concerns through effective diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations
  • Conduct the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle, promptly informing the Service Advisor of any additional recommendations or time requirements for repairs
  • Become proficient in our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping
  • Complete assigned training as required
  • Maintain cleanliness in your workspace and in all customer vehicles
