The Automotive Technician will undertake a variety of vehicle repair and maintenance tasks, ranging from fundamental oil changes to complex engine diagnostics and repairs.
This position demands meticulous attention to detail, extensive technical expertise, and the capability to operate efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18 to $35, with biweekly payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid inspections
- Identify and resolve vehicle problems, including issues related to the engine, transmission, and electrical systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately assess and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
- Maintain comprehensive records of all services and repairs conducted on vehicles
- Liaise with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair suggestions and updates
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in automotive technology and methodologies through ongoing training and education
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician is mandatory
- ASE certifications are advantageous
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree or certification from an automotive institution is beneficial
- Strong mechanical and technical abilities
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Keen attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions and protocols
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended durations
