Position Summary:
As a Service Dispatcher, you will collaborate closely with the Service Manager to optimize workflow and maintain high standards of customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating service requests, managing technician assignments, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinate and assign tasks to service technicians based on their availability and expertise.
- Engage with customers to collect necessary information and schedule service appointments.

- Utilize computer systems to monitor and update the status of service orders.
- Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures.

- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
