Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Administrative Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to several design engineering departments, including business management, product management, business development, operations, and sales. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to design engineering departments.
- Perform administrative tasks, including receiving and directing inquiries, copying and distributing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements.
- Support the development and management of various weekly/monthly reports.
- Process required paperwork for foreign national employees to visit Parker Lord USA.
- Coordinate scheduling of new hire orientations for the engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to learn new applications and use databases such as Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with individuals of all backgrounds and status.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with Concur expense software.
