ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Associate to join our team at our new Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to support adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a secure residential setting. As a Personal Care Associate, you will work as part of a direct care team to provide life skills development, therapeutic interventions, and personal care supports.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with mental illness
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive support services

Requirements:

  • Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
  • A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting
