Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate

Temple St. Clair is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Ambassador: Demonstrate a passion for the Temple St. Clair brand and a deep understanding of our products, brand storytelling, and marketing messages.
- Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, work with clients to create bespoke pieces, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, accurately capture client data, and use CRM tools to build relationships.
- Daily Boutique Operations: Serve as a keyholder, perform opening and closing duties, and maintain visual integrity in the boutique.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in selling luxury goods.
- Passion for fine jewelry and high jewelry.
- Experience with Shopify and Endear a plus.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
