Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at A1 Works in Progress Associates, LLC. This role will provide administrative support to our Contract Management team, ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to Contract Management Specialists
  • Reviewing and preparing contract documents
  • Assisting with cost reviews and procedure documentation
  • Drafting letters and preparing meeting agendas
  • Creating spreadsheets and organization charts

Requirements:

  • Baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, or construction-related field
  • Minimum 7 years of full-time experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
